Job Description:

India Bison is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in creating user-centered designs, focusing on improving the user experience and optimizing the interface for both web and mobile platforms. As a part of our team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of intuitive, effective, and visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop UI mockups, prototypes, and wireframes that clearly illustrate how applications function and look.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product’s direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to iterate on designs and deliver better user experiences.

  • Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work for web and mobile applications.
  • Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and web standards.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to present designs and interact with team members effectively.
